Refund & Payment Terms:

1. Program Fees: Fees for each Program ("Program Fees") are listed on the Website and may be updated periodically.

2. Payment Terms: Program Fees must be paid in full and in advance for the entire Program duration.

3. Program Activation: Activation of the Program(s) occurs upon receipt and confirmation of the Program Fees.

4. Non-Transferable: Programs are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.

5. Non-Refundable: All payments for Programs are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The Company is not obligated to refund any fees, regardless of the reason, including injury or humanitarian grounds. However, in the event of the Client's death, a prorated refund of the Program Fees, minus the fees for the period the Program was used, may be provided. Acceptance of such a refund waives any further claims against the Company.

6. Payment Gateway Issues: Any refunds due to payment gateway failures or chargebacks will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.

7. No Cancellations: Once a Program subscription is made or placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason, and no refunds will be issued.
