Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while respecting the time and effort invested in delivering our services. Appointments / Sessions Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the session fee, depending on the service booked. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply. Programs, Packages & Prepaid Services Once a program or package has started, it is non-refundable. If cancellation is requested before the program start date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or onboarding charges. Missed sessions within a package will not be carried forward unless prior notice is given and approved. Digital Products / Online Content All digital products, downloadable materials, and recorded sessions are non-refundable once access has been provided. Exceptional Circumstances In case of genuine emergencies (medical or unavoidable situations), we encourage you to reach out. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion. Service Provider Cancellation If we need to cancel or reschedule a session from our end, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative session date, based on your preference. By booking our services, you agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and commitment.
