Service Description
Guided Meditation Sessions Reconnect. Regulate. Restore. Our guided meditation sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create mental and emotional balance in a world that constantly demands more from you. These sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you’re gently guided through breathwork, awareness, visualization, and mindfulness practices. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep issues, or simply seeking clarity and inner calm, guided meditation helps regulate your nervous system and bring you back into the present moment. Each session is thoughtfully structured to: Calm the mind and reduce mental chatter Improve emotional regulation and self-awareness Support stress management and nervous system balance Enhance focus, sleep quality, and overall well-being Create a deeper connection between mind and body No prior meditation experience is required. Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their existing practice. You’ll be guided step-by-step, making meditation approachable, practical, and deeply restorative. This service can be experienced as: One-on-one guided sessions Group meditation experiences Part of a holistic wellness or nutrition program Just show up, breathe, and allow yourself the space to heal and reset.

Cancellation Policy
Guided Meditation 1. Guided meditation sessions are offered to support relaxation, stress management, emotional balance, and overall well-being. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Sessions are open to adults (18+). Individuals with severe mental health conditions are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. 2. Meditation sessions may be conducted one-on-one or in group settings, either online or in person. All sessions are held in a respectful, non-judgmental environment. 3. Confidentiality is maintained for personal information shared during sessions. Participants in group sessions are expected to respect the privacy of others. Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law or if there is a risk of harm. 4. Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during sessions. You may pause or discontinue participation at any time if discomfort arises. 5. Results from meditation vary by individual, and no specific outcomes or guarantees are promised. 6. Sessions must be booked in advance, and payment is required prior to the session unless stated otherwise. 7. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. 8. Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the session without refund. 9. By booking or attending a guided meditation session, you agree to and accept this policy.
