Service Description

Our wellness & nutrition service caters to individuals aiming to transform their body composition, provided they do not have any chronic illnesses or metabolic disorders. Here's what you'll receive: Tailored Nutrition Plan: You'll receive a personalized nutrition plan crafted specifically for your goals and preferences, valid for 30 days. Online Follow-Up: We offer two online follow-up sessions within the 30-day period, scheduled every two weeks, to track progress, address any concerns, and make necessary adjustments. Nutraceutical Program: Your nutrition plan will also include a nutraceutical program, incorporating supplements to complement your dietary intake and support your goals. Customer Policy: Adherence to Nutrition Plan: Clients are expected to follow the nutrition plan as outlined for optimal results. Program Duration: The 30-day program starts from the day the nutrition and supplement plan is sent and cannot be extended beyond this period. Supplement Side Effects: We do not accept responsibility for any side effects resulting from the use of supplements. Client Information: We trust that clients provide accurate and honest personal details for effective planning. No Guarantee: While we strive for success, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from the nutrition plan. Payment Terms: Payment is required in advance to initiate the program. No Refund Policy: Once payment is made, no refunds are provided. Our service is designed to support your journey towards improved health and fitness. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while respecting the time and effort invested in delivering our services. Appointments / Sessions Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the session fee, depending on the service booked. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply. Programs, Packages & Prepaid Services Once a program or package has started, it is non-refundable. If cancellation is requested before the program start date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or onboarding charges. Missed sessions within a package will not be carried forward unless prior notice is given and approved. Digital Products / Online Content All digital products, downloadable materials, and recorded sessions are non-refundable once access has been provided. Exceptional Circumstances In case of genuine emergencies (medical or unavoidable situations), we encourage you to reach out. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion. Service Provider Cancellation If we need to cancel or reschedule a session from our end, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative session date, based on your preference.
